The School Wellbeing Programme is a structured mental health curriculum for students in Classes 1 to 12, with parallel sessions for teachers and parents so the whole school speaks the same language. 

  • Students build an emotional vocabulary and learn that asking for help is normal.
  • Teachers learn to notice early warning signs and respond well in the first few minutes. 
  • Parents learn how to support their child without panic or blame.

Students of Classes 1-12, class teachers, school counsellors, and parents. School leadership is welcome to sit in on any session.

Is what students share kept confidential?

Yes. Sessions are group-based, so we ask students not to share personal stories outside the room.

What happens if a student shares something serious?

Our psychologist speaks with the student privately and informs the school counsellor or designated staff member, following the protocol agreed with the school beforehand.

Can the programme be adapted for different classes?

Yes. We adjust language and activities for younger and older students.
