Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions
Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice carry forward in full. Sessions missed without notice are considered utilised.
Workshops and courses
Institutional workshops follow the terms agreed in writing with the institution. Course fees are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort begins, less any materials already issued.
Products
Product orders are placed over WhatsApp. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through the same channel used for payment, typically within 7–10 working days.
