This policy explains what information BrainBiceps collects, why we collect it, and how it is protected. It is maintained by BrainBiceps and reviewed periodically.

Information we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, optional email, preferred date and time, session mode, the service you need and any concern you choose to share. This information is sent to us through WhatsApp when you press send.

How we use it

Solely to schedule, deliver and follow up on the service you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use clinical details for marketing.

Clinical confidentiality

Session content is confidential between you and your psychologist, with the standard exceptions where there is a serious risk to life or a legal obligation to disclose. These are explained to you at the start of therapy.
