Our college workshops meet students where they actually are: deadlines, comparison, relationships, homesickness, and worry about the future. Sessions are interactive and led by counselling psychologists, with practical tools students can use the same day. It can be run as a single session or a series, and adapted for first years, final years, or postgraduate groups.
